Job Responsibilities:
1. Follow-up and handle travel arrangements for the directors and other executives, such as visa processing, hotel and flight booking, etc.
2. Responsible for assisting local recruitment, such as resume screening,interview coordination, etc.
3. Responsible for going to banks, tax bureaus and other institutions to submit relevant documents and retrieve them for archiving.
4. Independently handle employee payroll, insurance and related C&B issues;
5. Finish assigned temporary tasks/projects.
Job Requirements:
1. 1-3 years of HR-related experience in Indonesia, able to speak English
2. Has team cooperation and communication skills, strong sense of commitment and self-driving ability;
3. Proficient in Indonesian employment regulations, labor laws and other HR-related laws and compliance practices;
4. Able to use one's own computer, and work from home.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Rp14,000,000 - Rp26,150,000 per month
