Description
L1 & 2 Support - Taks
- You will be responsible for 1st & 2nd line IT support, system management, and rollout projects.
- You will interact with customers, manage active directory, and upscale tickets to the 3rd line.
- You will also adjust and set up new hardware and participate in software rollouts.
Profiles
L1 & 2 Support - Profile
- Our client is seeking someone with min 3years of experience as a support engineer, familiarity with SD tools, and a thorough knowledge of products and technologies for IT service management and IT infrastructure management.
- You should also be familiar with the ITIL methodology and already have an ITIL CDS certificate or be willing to obtain it within few months.
