Schedule: 5 days per week

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily cafe operations, ensuring the highest level of service and customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor cafe staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Manage inventory, place orders, and ensure the availability of fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and adherence to hygiene standards in the cafe.
- Create and implement engaging promotions and events to attract more customers.
- Uphold the cafe's reputation for crafting delicious coffee beverages and delectable treats.
