We are hiring Call Center Representatives to join our growing team!
Rate: $5.00 USD/Hr. (Fulltime)
Responsibilities:
Our Call Center Representatives are responsible for following up with customers who have indicated an interest in our services. This is a work from home position with warm leads provided.
The role requires shift work and flexibility is an asset.
- Hours of operation in Eastern time are from 8 am to 12 am Monday – Friday, 9 am – 9 pm Saturday and Sunday 9 am – 10 pm. You will be scheduled during these times and will be expected to work weekends.
- Senior customer service agents have an opportunity to train and mentor new hires on exceptional customer service and operating systems (this includes providing praise and constructive feedback).
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
Requirements:
- Two years’ experience in customer service or a call center environment is considered an asset.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software. Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated to work productively in a virtual environment.
- Must have a quiet work environment at home.
Technical Requirements:
- Own Personal computer / Laptop with Windows 10 or 11
- Hardwired internet connection (must be Ethernet, not Wi-Fi)
- Noise Cancelation USB Headset with microphone and mute button (3.5mm, Bluetooth etc. will not work)
- Minimum internet speed of 25Mbps download and 10Mbps upload
- Minimum of 4 core processor OR HIGHER, AND AT LEAST 8gb ram
