Pre-sales Technical Engineer
Location: Hybrid in Finland
Miradore is an established and rapidly growing software company. Miradore is part of American SaaS company GoTo Ltd. Miradore develops and sells products for device management covering support for mobile phones, tablets, PCs, IoT devices, servers and more. To date, over 1,000,000 devices are managed by Miradore products, reaching 180+ different countries. We are proud to have 10 000 companies and organizations as our customers.
Miradore has two offices in Finland - in Vantaa and in Lappeenranta. In addition, Miradore has local presence in different regions, including USA, Sweden, Baltics and Central Europe.
We are now looking for a Finnish-speaking pre-sales Engineer to join our professional pre-sales team in Finland. The position is hybrid.
Role and functions
product demos to customers, both remotely and on-site
technical workshops, both remotely and on-site
responding to customer RFPs and enquiries together with sales
help commercial sales explain the technical aspects of the products to the customers
What are we looking for?
Positive and “no problem” attitude
Minimum 3-year experience of presales, technical sales or technical consultation, at least from one job/company
Experience of any device management software
You know what asset management is and what it does
Earlier work experience in operating system/software packaging and deployment
You are familiar with workstation management, support and the processes around it
Knowledge of Windows servers, you have the capability to create scripts (e.g. PowerShell)
Good networking skills
Suitable education, e.g. university or college (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree), preferably in technical sciences
Fluent Finnish and English, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel in as needed in Finland mainly to Vantaa or Lappeenranta typically 1-2 times in a month.
It’s a great asset if you have any of the following (not mandatory) skills:
Microsoft certificates
MacOS and Linux experience, or willingness to learn them
Experience of any mobile device management (MDM, EMM) software
