Your New Role Looks Like This:
The primary objective of the Corporate Receptionist is to ensure the seamless arrival and departure experience of all visitors to the Australian Unity Sydney Office and oversee front of house and all aspects integral to the day to day running of the office.
Please note that this role can be a full time or part time opportunity
Key Accountabilities Include:
- Ensuring exemplary service is provided to all visitors (internal & external) as the first point of contact for Australian Unity’s Corporate Sydney office
- Ensuring the facility is well-maintained
- Responsible for the mail management, stationery, catering, invoicing and general office upkeep
- Complete administrative tasks as directed by People Manager
- Acting as the Safety champion identifying and reporting hazards
- Utilising the “service pillars” (welcoming, attentive, polished, personalised, engaging) in all interactions (visitors, colleagues and contractors)
About You:
- Previous experience in a reception role
- High level of personal presentation
- Ability to communicate openly with a view of building relationships
- Ability to problem solve
