Job Description: Admin Intern

As an Admin Intern, your primary responsibility will be to support the sales team and assist with administrative tasks within the organization. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations and administration while working closely with the sales team and other departments.

Responsibilities:

Sales Support: Provide assistance to the sales team in various activities, including lead generation, prospect research, and customer relationship management (CRM) updates.

Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, document preparation, filing, and maintaining sales records and reports.

Communication: Assist in drafting and proofreading sales-related correspondence, including emails, proposals, and presentations.

Sales Coordination: Collaborate with different departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure effective communication and coordination between teams.

Order Processing: Assist in processing sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products or services to customers.

Sales Analysis: Support the sales team in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and preparing reports for sales meetings and management review.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential target markets to assist in developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities.

Sales Events: Help organize and participate in sales events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products or services and generate leads.

Professional Development: Take advantage of learning opportunities and actively seek feedback to enhance sales and administrative skills.

Requirements:

Education: Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Relevant coursework in sales or marketing is a plus.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.

Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office: Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience working with CRM software or databases.

Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and work in a team-oriented environment, supporting the goals and objectives of the sales team.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze information, think critically, and propose solutions to challenges or issues that arise.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Contract length: 1-3 months

Salary: From AED1,000.00 per month
